Jeanne is an Instructor who has been teaching Shockproof courses for more than 3 years. She is an enthusiastic facilitator who excels at encouraging participants to tackle complex concepts. Her humor and energy bring life to traditionally dry topics like accounting.
With over 25 years of experience as an instructional designer and facilitator in the banking industry, Jeanne began her career as the Training Manager for Wells Fargo Bank's Wholesale Banking Division. There, she developed the division's first New Loan Officer Orientation program, helping new loan officers navigate the bank's loan approval and documentation processes. Later, as VP/Training Manager for The Mechanics Bank, she managed training for employees at all levels, including retail and commercial lenders.
Since 2006, Jeanne has worked as an independent training consultant, serving domestic and international banking clients such as Wells Fargo Bank, WAMU Bank, Crédit Agricole, and the National Bank of Egypt. She also proofreads all of Shockproof! Training's participant materials.
Jeanne holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and French from Assumption College and a Master of Arts in Comparative Literature from the University of Chicago.
