What You Will Learn
Learn the entire analytical process utilized in making a commercial credit decision. Participants will learn to analyze the company and its financial statements, assess management and the competitive environment. You'll also learn to project financial performance, identify sources of cash to meet debt service and potential risks to those sources, consider covenants to mitigate these risks, and present recommendations in a standard credit write-up.
